RICH KOHLER
Rich Kohler wasn't born a leader. As a shy kid with big dreams, he took up martial arts at 16 to build confidence and break out of his shell. He found his purpose: empowering others to succeed.
An 8th degree black belt and successful business owner for 30 years (martial arts and personal empowerment center), Rich built award-winning programs that changed lives:
Child safety programs that saved kids worldwide.
Bully prevention workshops (children & adults) for thousands of students and educators.
Women's physical empowerment training to support domestic violence survivors.
After seeing businesses struggle post-pandemic, Rich realized leadership was the missing piece. Small business owners needed to build Dream Teams to survive and thrive.
